A perfect role for a QC Chemist eager to get away from bench testing!!
The trainer will have extensive experience in the performance of routine and non-routine analysis and have shown an interest in and aptitude for training colleagues in the past. You will coordinate training for new starts , prepare, develop, and deliver technical training programs. You should be an expert in GMP, GDP and Technical Writing.
Duties
- Coordinate training for new starts
- Liaise with team leads to ensure training requirements are met in a timely manner
- Develop and deliver training courses
- Maintain training records
- Provide support on training matters during audits and inspections
- Ensuring that all training schedules are running as planned and taking proactive action to ensure the same.
Requirements
- A degree in chemistry or a related discipline
- Experience in the performance of routine and non-routine analysis in a GMP, highly regulated environment
- The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, capable of working under their own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
Opportunity for hybrid work once initial training period in the role has been completed.
