QC Chemist Job- pharmaceutical company, North Dublin, Mon -Fri role , daytime hours only
The purpose of this QC Chemist job is to perform Analytical testing techniques for raw materials and product samples (release and stability).
Responsibilities
- Provide Analytical Chemistry testing across a range of techniques including UPLC, HPLC, GC, Wet Chemistry methods
- Provide analytical support in troubleshooting.
- Data review
- To work on own initiative and be capable of developing solutions to problems as part of a team.
- To participate in the preparation of protocols and reports.
- Preparing solutions and system set-up
- To review analytical data for GMP compliance
- Participate in analytical method technical transfer, verification and validation.
Requirements
- An honours degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience of pharmaceutical analysis within a GMP environment
- Good foundation and experience with traditional analytical techniques as well as modern instrumental equipment (HPLC, UPLC, GC ).
- Experience with LabWare LIMS, Empower
- Good understanding of requirements for working in a GMP environment.
- Experience working on method development and validations
Salary is in the range €40k to €50k DOE *Benefits of pension contribution, medical insurance, health insurance, bonus, onsite parking, canteen , enhanced annual leave days are included in package.*
