Do you have extensive audit experience working as a Quality Manager in highly regulated manufacturing environments?
Are you looking for a QA Manager role that offers you the work/life balance not available in your current job?
If so, this is the job that you have been looking for?
Our client which is commutable from South Tipperary, South Limerick, Waterford & North Cork, is recruiting for an experienced QA Manager coming from the pharma, med device, food or other highly regulated sectors.
This role offers an excellent salary, 15% bonus, pension, a well-established educational assistance programme and a negotiable benefits package.
My client is very focused in fostering an environment that helps employees achieve a sustainable work life balance and unlike some multi-national's people actually finish at 5pm and are not expected to 'put in the hours' or 'be available online' when their day has ended!
The current QA manager will be available for a handover period up to December so you will have ample assistance & guidance available while you settle into your new job and this position reports into the Head of Quality who is also based at the same site so support & guidance from your manager is never far away.
THE QA MANAGER JOB
This is a key role for the company and your job will have an extensive remit that covers customers, compliance, communications, certification, audits, continuous improvement, QA culture & people.
What we need from you
You will hold a relevant Science or technical degree with 5+ years' experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
As QA Manager you will be a strong influencer with the ability and drive to put quality at the top of everyone's daily agenda.
