My client, a market leading multi-national medical technology company based in the South East of Ireland are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to lead their QA Pharma team.
About the Job:
The Quality Manager position is a key leadership role and in this job you will be responsible for managing GMP compliance within the department by supportive external investigations, leading continuous improvement activities and projects and assisting in any validation activities as Quality representative.
Another aspect of this position will be to oversee product and process performance using appropriate quality and validation metrics. This will also involve leading NPI projects within the site and approving investigational reports generated.
Finally, the QM will also lead the lead in reviewing method validation protocols and approve all reports generated due to any investigational work that is requested due to a complaint or a potential issue within the manufacturing site.
As the ideal candidate you'll hold a Degree in Chemistry/Science or a related area along with 3+ years managing a QA team in a pharmaceutical environment, alongside comprehensive understanding of relevant Regulatory Standards.
