About you:
- Total of 6-7+ years professional Software QA experience with a minimum of 3 years at lead or manager level
- Experience of performance appraisals, training new hires, performance management etc
- Good leader who can collaborate across teams
- Experience working in an Agile Environment
- Strong communication skills
- Hands on Test Automation experience at a Senior level is preferred but not essential
- Experience with many software test automation tools, preferably Egg Plant, Appium or RFT is preferred
- Ability to multi task, use own initiative and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to Troubleshoot and analyse issues while suggesting improvements and workarounds
