PT Accounts Assistant

Job Overview

Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the accounts department. Hours would be flexible but worked over 5 mornings / afternoons per week

Main duties:

  • Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Revenue returns (ROS)
  • General accounts administration

Skills:

  • Well organised with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • 2 + years' experience working in an account's environment
  • Strong IT skills including experience with QuickBooks an advantage
