Project Manager - Merchandising
Our client, a leader in the FMCG industry, is looking to hire a Merchandising Project Manager on a permanent basis in Limerick or Dublin.
The role is offered as hybrid.
Your new role:
You will be responsible for performing and managing tasks associated with merchandising strategic and operational projects.
Your main responsibilities:
Work closely with project stakeholders including members of the Merchandising and Executive Leadership team to identify, plan, and drive activities related to the brand project and other projects as required.
Complete all project tasks within scope to the level and quality required on time and in budget
Creating long and short-term plans, to include milestone and deadline targets
Making informed and effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Performing quality control on the project throughout development
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
Central point of contact for teams assigned to the project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Provide regular and detailed updates to project team as required
Your current skills:
Third Level Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline
5+ years of Project Management experience as a Senior Project or Programme Manager preferably within a similar environment
Exceptional project management skills with experience of project management methodologies and tools
Project Management qualification required i.e. PMP, Scrum Master Certification, Prince2.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel to intermediate-advanced level is a minimum requirement
Full clean B driving license (the role may involve travel, so a degree of flexibility is required)
