A leading Irish Contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager for projects in Clare/Limerick region at present. The appointed project manager will have extensive project management experience in construction project management.
The ideal project manager will satisfy the following criteria;

  • Degree Qualified in a relevant area such as Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Property Economics, Cost Management.
  • Additional studies in Project Management such as post graduate diploma, masters or PMP certification a bonus but not a limiting factor
  • 7 years relevant construction management experience
  • Experience on commercial and residential projects essential for this role
  • Ideally has worked from site level to management level with a Main Contractor
  • Project Management experience monitoring projects in excess of 1m
  • Experience with coordination from design to final handover stages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen to excel within a medium sized growing enterprise
  • Ideally based in the locality of the projects in Limerick/Clare
