A leading Irish Construction firm are looking to recruit a Project Manager in Dublin. This is a large scale project in Dublin city center. It is best suited to those who wish to work on a large scale medical build. Preferably those with Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience.
The role is best suited to those who meet the following criteria:

• Degree Qualified in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a relevant field
• Based in Dublin or looking to work in Dublin
• Keen to work on a large scale build
• Experience with Medical, pharma, food or high end construction standards
• Experience with builds in excess of 40m
• Experience with complex builds in the past
• Keen to work in Dublin
• Full Driving License
• Excellent program management skills
• Ability to plan and schedule multiple teams
• Excellent communication skills
