A global firm are looking to recruit a Client Facing Project Manager for a Construction Project Management role. The role will be site based with occasional visits to their Dublin HQ. The client is open to candidates across Leinster and the Midlands. This role will involve managing a number of projects with an established team of construction and engineering personnel.
The role will require experience across the following areas:
- Civil Infrastructure
- Commercial builds
- Retail Fit Out
- Retrofitting
- Mechanical and Electrical supervision
- Pre and post contract stage construction works
- Cost Management
- Project Scheduling
- Liaising with sub contractors
- Working with multiple teams
- Report writing
- Client facing
- Agile mindset
Essential criteria:
- 10 years plus experience within Construction Project Management
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Full Driving Licence
- Expert level knowledge of construction standards in Ireland
- IT Savvy
This role will include the following:
