Are you a preconstruction prodigy? Are you a client facing connoisseur? Are you looking for a change? This could be the role for you. A leading Dublin based construction project management consultancy are looking to hire a Senior Construction Project Manager for a client facing role on a hybrid basis. They currently operate on a 3 days in the office 2 days work from home basis.

The role will involve the following aspects:
- Construction Project Management
- Client management
- Stakeholder management
- Preconstruction management
- Tender preparation
- Report compilation
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Degree qualified in a relevant background such as Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Property Economics, Real Estate Management
- Masters in a relevant area as an additional advantage but not an eliminating factor
- 7 years plus experience within client facing project management
- Ideally has worked on construction projects in Ireland to date
- Familiar with building regulations
- Expert report writing skills
- Superb negotiation skills
- Keen networker
- Motivated and diligent
- Excellent IT skills
- Fluent English
- Full EU Driving licence
