Project Manager, International Customer Operations

Location: UK - Remote (must be resident in UK)

In this role, you will lead and support strategic initiatives which improve financial, operational, customer satisfaction, and/or employee satisfaction performance.

You will be skilled at delivering high impact project outcomes. You will demonstrate analytical problem-solving, project management/delivery, time management, and excellent communication skills (both oral and written). High personal drive, organization, independent thought, and a strong desire to learn will be key success factors.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery -

  • Plan the projects from initiation to completion incorporating the Prince II methodology
  • Be accountable for project and revenue forecasting for assigned projects
  • Support project work streams across various stages of the project lifecycle
  • Effectively work in cross-functional, diverse team environments, including members of business/functional staff and external vendors
  • Meet task timelines to support realization of project benefits
  • Deliver creative and innovative solutions
  • Deliver results that achieve or surpass projects targets based on ROI, customer satisfaction, or employee satisfaction improvement objectives
  • Work with IT and product groups to identify, design and deploy technical process improvements
  • Monitor Change Healthcare pipeline of key initiatives to identify opportunities for integration and/or manage potential risks
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
  • Coordinate with cross-project activities
  • Work to budget, time and quality objectives
  • Manage/supervise staff in a Matrix environment to achieve objectives and resolve complex problems Project Manager, International Customer Operations
  • Collaborate with your peers to constantly improve project delivery and business processes
  • Ensure project operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies

Change Management and Communications -

  • Support the analysis and development of change management strategies to enable successful project deployments
  • Communicate effectively to and influence stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships through individual contacts and group meetings
  • Act as an ambassador and change agent with project stakeholders during implementation phases e. Support ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
  • Read reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issues
  • Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations

Travel required: up to 80% including weekend travel depending on project needs. Although in current environment the majority of work will be remote

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or other managerial position
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Previous experience delivering into a healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
  • Knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • A business acumen with a strategic ability
  • Previous experience delivering Cardiology products to the NHS
  • BSc/BA diploma in a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
