A leading Tier 1 M&E firm are looking to recruit a Project Lead for a Dublin West based role.
The role will manage design, planning and engineering teams on site in West County Dublin. It is an ideal role for candidates based in Dublin, Kildare, Louth, Meath or Westmeath.
The role will involve the following aspects:
- Master planning
- Programme management
- Managing on site teams
- Relaying progress with client delivery teams
- Coordinating with commercial management teams
The role is best suited to candidates who meet the following criteria:
- 10 years plus experience in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5 years plus project management experience
- Ideally has managed teams of project managers, planners, engineers and quantity surveyors on site
- Keen to work on a west Dublin based project
- Candidates with design management experience
- Client facing experience with large scale projects
- Experience with Data Centre, Pharma or Semi Conductor works considered
- IT Savvy
- Full driving licence
