As Production Supervisor you will have manufacturing experience, organizational skills, enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and be a team player. Day to day some of your key duties will include:
* Lead a team providing coaching and support to all team members, identify and where
development or support may be needed
* Drive the team performance to ensure that everyone understands their role and how it
contributes to the overall team / business.
* Promotes a Continuous Improvement mind-set within the team along with structured
Problem Solving delivering savings for the business through Safety / Quality or Cost..
* Ensures highest Quality & Compliance standards are met.
* Manage the teams Time & Attendance / annual leave & carry out mid-year and annual reviews with the team with ongoing assessments / reviews
* Ensure all KPI's are adhered to and the correct metrics are being tracked & reacted to when
not meeting target e.g. M/C Downtime, Traveller Compilation, OTD.


Have 3 years + production supervision experience in a fast-moving production environment with a passion for continuous improvement.
Are technically competent with good presentation skills &strong attention to detail.
This role does require shift work with the current pattern being days (7.30 - 16.00) and evenings (16.00 - 23.30) rotating weekly at a rate of 16.67% every week.
