FRS Recruitment are partnering on an excusive basis with an award winning role play games company source a highly organised individual that can support and aid in the production flow and coordination of the production process.

The company is involved in a very niche market which is heavily reliant on specialist channels and distribution networks, they have a global presence and are repeatedly on blogs, vlogs and forums in relation to the standard of their games. Most of the roles offer a great degree of flexibility to the successful in terms of flexibility and full time/wfh plus some exciting travel opportunities are also involved to the US and EU areas.

Role Remit:
To support the game line producers with project management, scheduling and freelancer management. This role will be suited to someone with strong organisational skills, experience of project or programme support and excellent communication skills.

  • Engage potential and existing freelancers for work by agreeing rates, and ensuring non-disclosure agreements, contracts and other pre-engagement paperwork is completed.
  • First point of contact with freelance artist and writers, ensuring timely progression of work and flagging up any concerns.
  • Ensuring file naming and file storage systems are complied with
  • Project management and coordination.
  • Responsible for managing approvals process, ensuring all paperwork and files are complete.
  • Maintenance of project plan, updating as required and flagging delays promptly
  • Organise materials to support sales and marketing activities
  • Management of project filing systems.
  • Budget support.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of working with brand rules and guidance is desirable but not essential.
Person must have a positive attitude and willing to help out all members of the team.
Person must have a strong track record in delivering work on time.
Person must have at least post leaving qualifications and 2+ years work experience, or 4+ years relevant work experience.

Desirable skills

  • Experience of print buying
  • Editorial or proof reading skills
  • Experience with G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience with Trello or similar software
