Product Data Analyst

We at FRS Recruitment have partnered with a globally renowned automotive client that is hiring for the position of Product Data Analyst to drive strategic decision-making related to the use of data for the Marketing, Sales and Product teams in their Dublin office. You will be providing market-research and presenting data that will drive the efforts of various collaborative teams in their unique, and energetic open-office environment. You will have direct in-person access to a cohort of teams filled with dynamic professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin growing your skill-set in Data Analytics at a company that encourages progression and has an exceptional Learning & Development practice in place. This role is best suited to those with placement or internship experience at established Irish companies, or to those with approx. 1-2 years experience who have a keen interest in the automotive sector and Electric Vehicle market.

This role will entail:

  • 4 days working on-site in their office in Dublin 12 with 1 day from home.
  • Standard business hours 9:00am - 17:00pm. Flexi-time arrangements are in place.

How will you add value?

  • Developing a customer-focused approach in building out the company's product marketing strategy.
  • Managing the data and analysis that delivers impact to a diverse portfolio of successful products within the entire life-cycle including - pricing, competitiveness, insights, training and sales.
  • Delivering o the Product Manager collated market data to help enlighten staff on Electric Vehicles, charging requirements, and battery technology.
  • Validating Nett pricing analysis on all models through critical analysis and exchange with in-house and third party databases.
  • Tracking of KPI's regarding share of segment and competitive being produced timely and accurately.
  • Supporting the market team in alignment with ATL & BTL messaging.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the Product Manager on any other product tasks as required.

What will you need?

  • Advanced computer skills relating to Excel, Power BI, SQL and Power Point.
  • Ability to produce Data Visualisation reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and keen numeric ability.
  • Experience working to deadlines and knowledge of Project Management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with reporting tools.
  • Experience with, or keen interest in, the automotive industry is a distinct advantage.
