Practice Manager (Administration)

Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Practice Manager to manage and oversee the day to day of a busy GP Practice in Co Longford. This is a full time, permanent position.

Duties will include:

  • Work closely with practice doctors and medical secretary's to oversee the day to day running of the practice
  • General office administration duties
  • Processing Payroll
  • Accounts and invoicing
  • Scheduling
  • Dealing with patient queries efficiently via phone and email
  • Compliance

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong office administration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience dealing with Clients, Physicians, HSE and other healthcare professionals advantage
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Excellent IT Skill's
