Pharmaceutical Archive Administrator

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently looking for a Document/Archive Administrator to work on a filing/management of records project on a full time on-going basis for a role based in Dun Laoghaire. This role would ideally suit a graduate with a relevant pharma, science or similar degree.

Candidate requirements:

  • Demonstrate attention to detail from previous work history
  • MS Office/keyboard skills
  • Work on own initiative
  • Good attendance record (will be checked via referencing)
  • Pharmaceutical experience or graduate a benefit

Job Duties:

  • Indexing of records onto an excel spreadsheet
  • Documenting the end location for each record i.e. on site or off site; this will have to be done in conjunction with each client department
  • Physically moving documents to new central storage location on site
  • Boxing relevant records for off-site storage
  • Maintenance of excel spreadsheets/software system

Job Details:

  • 8.30am - 5pm
  • Monday - Friday
  • €10 per hour
