Personal Lines Renewals Executive - Hybrid - Permanent Full Time - Galway

Working as part of the Personal Lines Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for retaining existing customers by processing the renewals of customer insurance policies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Processing insurance renewals with existing customers
• Achieving retention targets
• Identifying cross selling opportunities and generating leads for other departments
• Providing excellent customer service

What We Require From You:

• CIP or APA Personal General Insurance
• Relay experience desirable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Friendly, professional approach
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
