Responsibilities:
* Dealing with customers over the counter and over the phone, providing a high level of customer service
* Dealing with Motor, Household and Travel Insurance from new business to renewals
* Liaising with insurance companies with queries and instructions from customers
* Offering guidance and advice across all insurance products
Requirements:
* 2/3 years similar experience
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Goal orientated and target driven
* Excellent product knowledge
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professional appearance and attitude
* APA Qualification or working towards within the Insurance Institute of Ireland
