Inbound & Outbound Personal Lines Insurance New Business Sales Executive
Our client is seeking to recruit a new business sales person for their personal lines team.

The role will consist of providing advice on car, home and van insurance new business sales, customer service and administration. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of the business is expected.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities
* Issuing motor, home and van insurance quotes on both an inbound and outbound basis
* Dealing with customer queries
* Cross selling Insurance Products
* Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for both quotations issued and sales closed

* CIP, APA Personal General or grandfathered qualification

* Expert product Knowledge
* Profound knowledge of competitor activity
* RELAY system an advantage
* Persuasion and influencing skills. Selling skills, negotiating skills
* Customer retention skills

Experience Required
* 2+ years insurance experience preferably in a brokerage
* Have a clear focus on sales and wish to build their career in this area
* Be committed to provide a high level of service to customers and potential customers
