The role will consist of managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of car, home, and van policies. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated, and disciplined individual with a positive can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving Renewal Income Retention targets
  • Generating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health products
  • Generating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial Departments
  • Delivering Excellent Customer Service
  • Maintaining the highest compliance standards

Key Qualifications & Skills required

  • CIP or APA Personal General Insurance
  • RELAY software experience desired but not essential
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills desired
