The role will consist of managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of car, home, and van policies. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated, and disciplined individual with a positive can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving Renewal Income Retention targets
- Generating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health products
- Generating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial Departments
- Delivering Excellent Customer Service
- Maintaining the highest compliance standards
Key Qualifications & Skills required
- CIP or APA Personal General Insurance
- RELAY software experience desired but not essential
- Proficient Microsoft office skills desired
