Personal Lines Customer Service Executive - Permanent Full Time - Waterford

Here at FRS Recruitment, we have an exciting opportunity to work with a successful insurance broker in Waterford. This role would suit any individual with previous sales or customer service experience in the insurance industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound sales and customer service calls
• Recording vital contact information and keeping customer details up-to-date and accurate
• Generating sales through excellent customer service
• Chasing leads
• Processing renewals and mid-term adjustments
• Keeping in line with GDPR and Compliance

What We Require From You:

• Grandfathered, APA or CIP or working towards insurance exams
• Proficiency in Applied Systems
• Relay experience an advantage
• Previous sales experience an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in a similar role
