Personal Lines Customer Service - Permanent Full Time - Sligo
Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their personal lines team on the customer service side. Any individual with a desire to work in the insurance industry and a strong customer focus will be considered.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support customers both face to face and over the telephone
- Process policy queries and changes in line with the customer's needs
- Support annual renewals with an aim to retain customers
- Promote and generate new business across all personal lines policies
- Identify cross selling opportunities
- Support administrative needs associated with customer policies
What We Require From You:
- Previous experience and knowledge of personal lines insurance products
- APA/CIP an advantage
- Customer-focused
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Interpersonal skills essential
