Job Overview
Reports to: Senior Personal Assistant/Manager
Job Purpose: To provide administrative and secretarial support to the senior management team or executive team, to enable them to operate effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the senior management team or executive team, including arranging appointments, travel, and accommodation.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Take minutes and actions from meetings and circulate these to attendees.
- Manage and maintain the senior management team or executive team's diary and email, responding to queries and directing correspondence as appropriate.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth running of the department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant qualifications in secretarial studies, administration or business studies.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail.
