Payroll Administrator - Part Time

Job Overview

Working on my behalf of my client, a large construction and engineering firm, we have an opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their organisation on a part time basis (3 days per week)

The position is based in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4

The duties of this role will include:

  • Processing high volume weekly payroll
  • Liaising with managers and employees on any payroll queries
  • End to end payroll processing
  • Calculating all amendments including starters, leavers, deductions and additions

You will have experience processing high volume payroll, the ability to work under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail and you will have excellent communication skills. You should also have strong computer skills with an emphasis on MS Excel and ideally you will be IPASS qualified

We will consider payroll candidates with experience in industry, in accountancy practice and from bureau.
