FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of 'Payroll Administrator' on behalf our long term client based in Co. Kildare. This is a part time permanent role and our client is very flexible on the hours you would like to work.

It is a requirement that you have 3+ years recent experience gained in Payroll administration.

The Role: Payroll Administrator

Contract: Part Time Hours and Permanent Position

Hours/Days: Flexible

Location: Kildare (Office Based) May also suit candidates in East Laois Region

Rates of Pay: Approx 18 - 20 euro per hour but open to discussion DOE

The Role

  • Working as part of the accounting/hr function, you will be responsible for the weekly payroll of up to 150 staff across multiple business units.
  • Experience with Quantum & Timepoint or payroll similar packages will be required
  • You will be responsible for Payroll Queries and take control of the Payroll Administration

Key Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Payroll
  • IPASS Qualification would be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good systems and Excel skills are required.
  • Available to work part time hours only.
