Payroll Administrator (3 days)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator on a part-time basis for a Listowel based client to cover a maternity leave. The Payroll Administrator will be required to work 3 days per week.

As the Payroll Administrator, you will be involved in the processing of bi-weekly and monthly payrolls. You will be required to input payroll details from time and attendance records. You will also be required to process new hire, terminations, status changes, pay rate changes. You will deal with any payroll queries or issues from employees promptly.

Candidate requirements

  • Strong Excel capabilities
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous payroll experience preferred however it is not essential
  • A flexible organised person, with good communication skills
