Parts Service Desk ( Agri )
Agri Main Dealer requires Parts Administrator to work on their Service Desk in Kilkenny.
- Daily contact with customers to support them in the selections and ordering of spare parts.
- Coordinating with the different departments and suppliers.
- Selection and procurement of spare parts, the creation of the spare parts orders and the process of the warranty for all products.
- You have a customer focused attitude and are persistent to find solutions for our customers.
- Excellent communication skills
- You are familiar with the current software packets (MS office: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
- A knowledge of SAP is preferred but not necessary.
