Job Overview

Agri Main Dealer requires Parts Administrator to work on their Service Desk in Kilkenny.

Fulltime position

Main duties:

  • Daily contact with customers to support them in the selections and ordering of spare parts.
  • Coordinating with the different departments and suppliers.
  • Selection and procurement of spare parts, the creation of the spare parts orders and the process of the warranty for all products.

Main requirements:

  • You have a customer focused attitude and are persistent to find solutions for our customers.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You are familiar with the current software packets (MS office: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
  • A knowledge of SAP is preferred but not necessary.
