Part Time Administrator

Our very successful client is looking for a part time Administrator to work as part of a team to ensure business objectives are met. The successful person will work morning from Monday to Friday based in Manorhamilton.

The Role:

  • Build, develop and maintain strong working relationships with both customer and suppliers
  • Carry out administration task related to the business
  • Manage stock and supplies
  • Use the in-house systems efficiently
  • Customer care issues

Requirements:

  • Third Level qualification and relevant experience
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office; SAP an advantage)
  • Second language an advantage
  • Effective Communicator
  • Team player
  • Customer-focused
