Part-Time Administrator - Immediate start
Looking for an Administration Assistant for an immediate start in Meath.
This is a long term temporary role that may turn into a permanent position
Pay rate: €12 per hour
Working hours: Part-Time 3 days per week 9am - 5pm
My client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team.
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Data entry
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Providing administration support to Senior Management
- Experience using the system SAP
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office , excel
- Good Customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills especially Excel skills.
- Willing to learn
- Communication skills
- Previous relevant experience.
- Must be available to start immediately
