Job Overview

We are recruiting for a PA/Administrator for a client based in Co Laois. You will be working alongside a busy project manager giving day to day administration support. You will be based on site and in the office.

Duties will include:

  • General administration duties at the office
  • Be a 'right-hand person to the Project Manager on a daily basis
  • Taking notes for the PM on site, at meetings & travelling with the PM daily to site

Skills and Experience:

  • Construction background & experience in a similar type of role advantage
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good IT Skills
  • Previous experience as a PA or working in a fast paced environment
  • Drivers license required as some travel out to site
  • Flexible attitude to work
