FRS Recruitment are partnering on an excusive basis with an award winning role play games company to source a number of key people as it transitions its head office from the UK to Co Meath Ireland. The company is involved in a very niche market which is heavily reliant on specialist channels and distribution networks, they have a global presence and are repeatedly on blogs, vlogs and forums in relation to the standard of their games. Most of the roles offer a great degree of flexibility to the successful in terms of part time/full time and some exciting travel opportunities are also involved to the US and EU areas.

We are now accepting applications for the following role.

Order Fulfilment Lead

We are looking for a detail orientated, self motivated person with experience of fulfilment and stock management. Travel to trade shows and conventions in Europe will be needed. The role offers considerable scope for advancement to Fulfilment or Manager for the right person. The role includes;
· Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments and logistics
· Managing orders including pick, pack and fulfil customer orders and management of fulfilment of US orders (done by a separate company)
· Stock management including routine audits of inventory
· Business improvement including seeking best postal and packaging deals
· Business support such as reception duties; answering phone calls, logging mail and greeting visitors. First line customer service, dealing with queries about products and orders. Ordering supplies.
· Maintenance of the office premises - ensuring it is a clean, tidy and safe environment for all.
· Attendance at EU and UK trade shows, transporting stock and setting up/dismantling trade stands.
· Ad-hoc tasks as needed.
The right person will have;
· A degree, other post-secondary qualification or relevant work experience.
· 3 years plus experience of fulfilment and supply management.
· A full driving licence
· Experience in using standard MS office computer programmes, in particular Excel, as well as some web based programmes.
· Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills are essential.
· A proactive approach to problem solving.
· Excellent approach to working in a team and building a supportive working environment.


Desirable skills include German language skills, a forklift licence, manual handling certification, national and international logistics experience, experience of warehouse management and health and safety knowledge.
