Operations Team Leader

Job Overview

My client requires an Operations Team Lead to join their team. You will work as a member of the European Support Team to deliver a premium support service to internal customers. This is a remote position with some travel to local office required on occasion.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and implementing service improvements
  • Create weekly management reports on infrastructure performance
  • Management and development of team members

You will have:

  • Over 5 year's experience leading a Group based Enterprise Infrastructure Support Team
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and motivate a technical team.
  • Technical hands-on experience
