About the Job

A minimum of 2 years administration experience is required for this position and the successful candidate must convey excellent organisational skills. Communication is key in this role so to show you have a strong etiquette when it comes to the phone, email or in person is essential. The company have offices all around Ireland and the head office can become pretty hectic with new tasks arising every day, therefore it is crucial that you have experience prioritising tasks as and when they arise. The company have a strong online presence and require you to manage the online customer channel whether it be general queries or purchases. A strong knowledge of administrative packages such as Excel and Outlook are crucial in this role. The right candidate can expect no 2 days to be the same, a thriving environment and personal/professional development.
