Operations Manager - Brokerage Insurance

Due to excellent company growth - our client is currently seeking to appoint a QFA-qualified Operations Manager with experience in the financial services industry in this newly created position based in Laois.

With plans to double their workforce in the next 18 months - this role will be focused on pre-sales and post-sales activity.
Our client provides solutions for client's financial needs such as Financial Planning, Life Insurance, Pensions, Investments & Mortgages.

You will have previously worked at a senior level within a brokerage up to director level.

Key Responsibilities:
Create a high-performance culture - Create various reward & recognition initiatives, boosting employee morale.
Recruiting high-performance individuals for each of our departments.
Ensure all internal procedures and industry regulations are followed strictly.
Managing staff - Training, Monitor productivity, Improving processes where necessary.
Assess individual performance using existing sales statistics, implement and manage action plans when necessary.
Participate in company & department projects as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
QFA certification essential.
Strong sales background with a proven record in increasing KPIs.
Strong understanding of how a modern online financial brokerage operates.
