Office Manager/Site Administrator

Permanent, North Kildare based

Salary: €30,000 - €40,000

Role:
* Liaising with Contracts Managers/Construction Staff on a daily basis
* Organising weekly timesheets and liaising with the Payroll Department
* Raising orders and goods receipting on SAP
* Coordination and management of the project controls
* Control of critical documents via the project database, updating and maintaining training spreadsheets
* Submission and tracking of documentation
* Calendar / diary management
* General administration duties including data inputting and updating information efficiently and accurately onto relevant IT systems

Requirements:
* 1+ years' experience in a similar role essential
* Strong administration/financial background essential
* Excellent IT skills essential - MS Word, MS Excel and SAP
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal essential
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential
* Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines essential
* Ability to work with a multi-functional team essential
