Office Manager/Admin Supervisor

Job Overview

Our client our currently seeking to recruit and Office Manager / Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the administration team support the company and its functions. You will have the ability to lead, guide, and supervise the administration staff daily.
The role will suit a dynamic, fast paced individual who can self-manage, follow direction, and ensure team tasks are completed to the standards set by management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Management of the Administration Departments including reception.
  • To manage the implementation of new processes and systems within departments while ensuring the needs of the department are met daily.
  • To promote a strong team-based approach to the change agenda to ensure its success.
  • To plan, manage and coordinate all resources within all departments.
  • To plan and prioritise the needs of the service to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
  • To train and up skill relevant administration personnel on recommend changes to ensure an effective and efficient service.
  • To delegate duties and responsibilities ensuring that the needs of the service are always met.
  • To abide by Polices, Procedures and guidelines.
  • Be aware of Fire Policy and Health & Safety


Skills required:

  • A min of 3 years office management / senior office administration experience
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • An excellent communicator
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
