Office Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an office manager to work part time. You have control over the days/hours you work. This position is offering €35000 pro rata and is based in the office located in Dublin 2.


  • We are looking for a self-starter type individual as we continue to expand. A part time resource (circa 24 hours per week) to help us manage a variety of office related activities. No day will be the same and we are in need of someone who is prepared to take responsibility and get things done.
  • The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company's offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
  • This will be a varied role and will be pivotal in helping us grow, whilst developing and managing consistent processes and supporting the Executive and Leadership team to implement structure in how we do things.
  • This may be anything from booking travel, ordering uniforms and managing car passes to supporting the management of events so it's an opportunity to make this role truly your own.


  • Interfacing with incoming client, board members, executive, you will be the face of the office and will be acting as the host/hostess of the office.
  • Being the point of contact for all office related queries and activities.
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures, including ordering stationery, coffee and any office related purchases.
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Managing company mobile handsets and renewals with telco provider
  • Communicating with the cleaning and building services company
  • Looking after the office plants and making sure that they are well maintained
  • Organising catering for the board meetings
  • Organising corporate events, team meetings, tracking actions
  • Manage agendas, corporate calendars, travel plans and appointments for upper management
  • Organising office key cards, access and room bookings for visitors.
  • Submit any requested reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed on ad hoc basis.

  • Qualifications and experience
  • Ideally someone with an admin/PA/office management background but someone with strong admin/organisational skills
  • Knowledge and technical skills
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities-friendly and engaging with a hospitality mindset, who will share information across the Aqua Comms team - in the office and with those in remote locations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Strong communicator, Tech Savvy, capable of liaising with IT providers for Audio visual setup , meeting room host etc.
