Office based in Dublin 2 but Currently working from home, fully remote (may go back hybrid depending on government guidelines)

Job Description

The Office Administrator/Manager will be responsible for all aspects of administration within the office as well as providing PA support to the Company Directors and other staff, as required. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and accounts administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of office facilities of all aspects and liaising with relevant suppliers
  • Administration of accounts including accounts payable, expenses tracking, VAT returns, monthly bank reconciliation, etc.
  • Project and tender proposal administration on EU project submissions
  • Liaises with the company accountant and provides support for audit processes
  • Management of travel and accommodation for all staff, including booking flights, accommodation and other travel requirements
  • Acts as Personal Assistant to the Directors, as required
  • Provides general administrative support to the team, as required


Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years' previous experience of office administration
  • A proven track in all aspects of office management combined with excellent skills in administration, accounts and event/travel management
  • Excellent organisation skills with a pro-active approach to work with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and ability to deal with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Enjoys working as part of a team whilst also able to work on own initiative
  • Strong computing skills as required for range of job responsibilities
  • Flexible can-do attitude to work
