Office Administrator - Mullingar

Job Overview

Our well-established client in Mullingar Co. Westmeath is currently looking for full-time Administrator to join their busy team.

The Role:

  • Working closely with management team on day-to-day basis
  • Update systems as required
  • Transfer data from one system to another
  • Report any issues that may arise
  • Ad-hoc documentation and data processing including CRM records
  • Support other departments with other tasks as they arise

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Excel is essential
  • Great Attention to Detail
  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Strong IT skills including typing, organising
  • Ability to prioritise workload, deal with urgent client needs, and independently manage multiple tasks
  • Good team player
