Office Administrator
Job Overview
I am currently recruiting for an Administrator for my client based in Dublin 16. This is a full time, temporary position for 1 month.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: €15.38 p/h
Location: Dublin 16
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day to day operations of the Office.
- Responsible for all general administration.
- Deal with queries on a daily basis in a professional manner
- Responsible for welcoming visitors in a friendly manner making and ensuring their needs are met.
- Diary management.
- Assist and support in salary/PAYE enquires.
- Assist and support in arranging, attending, and communicating the details of all meetings scheduled and on occasions attend scheduled meeting outside of workplace.
- Responsible for general Housekeeping of the office.
Essential:
- Previous administration/ customer service experience
- IT Literate and strong administration skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
