Job Overview

FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of an expanding and successful agricultural business. This is a full-time permanent office-based role.

Working hours 08.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday , this role is based in Mullingar.

Reporting to the Office Manager you will work as part of a team , duties to include

  • General office admin and customer support
  • Handling queries by phone and email
  • Data entry including sales, orders & invoicing
  • Preparing parcels for postage
  • Inventory management - light warehouse work
  • Filing
  • General customer service

Candidate profile

  • 1-2 years previous admin experience.
  • Professional phone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel, word and Outlook

Remuneration

24 to 27k DOE
