Office Administrator

Job Overview

Office Administrator required for busy Machinery Sales Company based in Watergrasshill, Co. Cork.

Hours 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.

Duties Include:

> Answering phones and emails in a busy office environment

> Creating Pro-Forma Sales Invoices using Excel

> Tracking lodgements and recording same

> Organising shipping documents for export sales

> Processing payroll for 25 employees

> Pricing and ordering construction site materials

> Maintaining files for RSA and other inspections

> Maintaining and updating calf records

> Managing rental properties - dealing with any maintenance issues, monitoring rents, organising insurance renewals

> General Ad Hoc duties as required

** Office and Payroll experience essential; experience of shipping is a bonus.

** Salary dependant on experience.
