Office Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrator for a busy office position with a North Kerry based business. This will be a contract position for approximately 9 months.

The office environment is busy and fast paced, so you must have experience working in a similar environment. You must be capable of multi-tasking, working to deadlines, have meticulous attention to detail ability as well as strong IT skills.

Duties will include reception, customer service, resolving customer queries, generating documentation in relation to orders, compliance with ISO standards, accounts and administrative duties for the General Manager.
