Job Overview

I'm currently recruiting for a Office Administrator to join a busy team Birr, Co. Offaly.

THE ROLE:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Provide administration support to the existing team
  • Responsible for accounts: invoices, debit / credit and purchase orders
  • Responsible for taking and processing orders over the phone
  • Processing and updating supply sheets
  • Working on the weighbridge when required
  • Flexibility on working hours

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have at least 2 years related experience, including accounts experience
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Excellent Organisational Skills
  • Data entry and attention to detail skills
  • Able to work in a team and on own initiative
  • Immediately available

This is a temporary ongoing position with an immediate start
