Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of Office Administrator on behalf of our client, based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Indeed, this is a permanent role and offering part time hours (15 - 20 hours per week).

Contract: Permanent (Part Time)

Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week (Office Based)

Days: Monday - Friday

Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate Apply - DOE

Responsibilities

  • General office duties (Filing, manage post, order stationary and general provisions)

  • Accounting & Banking (Prepare lodgement, maintain and record Petty Cash)

  • Sales Administration (Arrange motor tax and registration of cars)

  • Database Management (Update various databases)

  • Showroom House Management (Maintaining a clean & tidy showroom and waiting area)

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in an office, reception or front of house role
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Experience in administration
  • IT Literate
