Meat Technician

Job Overview

Our client, based in Tipperary, requires a Meat Production Research Technician.
Are you working in a butchery and do you want to get out of the retail trade? Retail hours? This role is based in a factory and you would be exposed to production and laboratory processes. This is a Monday - Friday 8-5 job.
This role would suit someone who has a Meat/Food Diploma/Degree coupled with 1 year experience working with meat (butchery, meat quality, meat production/boner or a farmer).
This physically demanding role would require you to physically carry out research on the factory floor/boning hall where you will be testing the raw product.
