Permanent role, fully office based in South Dublin

Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 DOE

**Please note FULL driving licence and own CAR is required for this position**

About the Role:

The primary function of this role will be to manage all marketing administration duties with a strong emphasis on social media marketing. The ideal candidate should also be willing to carry out general office administration duties. Successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintains social media accounts for company, products or services
  • Assists in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, etc.
  • Maintaining the company website
  • Deal with client queries
  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
  • Delivers reports on market research findings through written documents and verbal presentations
  • Maintaining a marketing database
  • Project assistance as required
  • Help plan and organise promotional events
  • General office administration duties


Candidate Requirements:

  • 3 plus years of office administration experience with a marketing qualification or relevant marketing experience
  • Must have a full clean driver's licence

  • Proficient with various tools/software relevant to social media marketing
  • Excellent organisational agility to include strong time management skills and the ability to take action and manage a high volume of workload when required
