Marketing Campaign Executive

Job Overview

My client is a provider of hearing health care with over 30 years in the industry, with a national network of 85 clinics. They are constantly expanding their brand and they are looking for a enthusiastic, passionate and creative person to join their marketing department, in Cork City.

The Marketing Campaign Specialist will work with the Marketing Director, Digital team, internal stakeholders, and external agencies and will be primarily responsible for developing and building the mailing strategy annually.

The successful candidate will also have a solid understanding of direct response marketing practices, as well as end-to-end CRM campaign management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute the customer contact plan as directed by the Marketing Director.
  • Plan, test and execute direct marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, campaign or behavioural change objectives via direct mail, email, SMS, onsite messaging, and push notifications.
  • Responsible for end-to-end customer and frontline experience of campaigns.
  • Responsible for submitting campaign data requirements to all relevant teams and ensure customer data compliance and policies are adhered to.
  • Monitor the development, implementation, and performance of models for external and internal lists.
  • Actively participate in budgeting and re-forecasting processes; Recommend optimal mail quantities, as well as mail date, and mailing strategies based on test results.
  • Liaise between external vendors and internal departments to examine and solve issues and opportunities that
  • Responsible for briefing internal teams on all data requirements to enable accurate campaign measurement based on clear agreed KPI's.
  • Ensure commercial, customer and brand targets are in place to review campaign success, track and measure results.
  • Confirm consistency of proposed campaign activity with customer contact strategy plan - working Marketing Director.
  • Testing proposition and customer experience before launching a campaign by carrying out regular and timely campaign reviews.
  • Idea generation and challenging the existing way of driving business performance.
  • Maintain the CRM Database.

Essential task requirements/experience you bring to the business:

  • 2-3 years marketing campaign experience in fast-paced moving organisations.
  • ERP systems, e.g., Microsoft AX, diary management systems and reporting, i.e., PowerBI, etc.
  • Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 while not essential would be an advantage, however, prior robust experience working with CRM is required to be a success in this role.
  • Experience gained working across several departments with the focus on marketing and CRM.
  • IT proficiency is essential with a proven track record of acquiring new knowledge quickly and capability of transferring that knowledge into the business.
  • Experience providing training content and delivery.
  • Excellent oral and written communications using word, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
